I find it fascinating that Dr. (should we even call him that anymore) Berwick actually uses the word democcracy—last I looked, he was not elected, but gets to tell us what we should do think, etc, AND THEN BE HAPPY WITH IT! Last I looked that was a) autocracy b) dictatorship c) demagoguery d) CMS
