Bob : what is going to be the future of Independent Nephrologists in the ACOS. Will we be absorbed by the Corporations sponsoring the ACOS? or will we keep our independence still partcipating in the ACOs?

Terrific article. Perhaps because these areas are not so worried about competition they can concentrate more on patient care. By the way, one of the large PHOs in our area are telling the specialists that they will be treated as IM and they can only join one ACO. Let the games begin!
